We're Getting Married!

Like many modern love stories, ours began with a swipe. In March 2019, we matched on Hinge and decided to meet for a first date at PR Italian Bistro in Chicago, a restaurant right down the street from us that we still like to frequent. The night went so well that the very next day, Aaron told his friends (mid–Warzone battle, of course) that he thought he might have just met his future wife. We ended up spending that summer apart but fate had a different plan for us! On September 23, 2019, we reconnected for a drink at a neighborhood bar and from that night forward, we’ve been laughing, exploring, and building our life together ever since. Since then, we’ve moved in together, Aaron became a proud dog dad to Mavin, we've been through countless movie nights, and we’ve had our fair share of adventures: navigating a pandemic, hiking to the top of Africa on Mount Kilimanjaro, cruising the Caribbean, career changes, and, most recently, exploring the Salkantay Trek and Machu Picchu in Peru. At our core, we’re a couple who loves to travel, spend time with friends, explore nature, discover new restaurants, and keep life lighthearted. We are constantly laughing, and whether it’s hiking a mountain or watching the latest blockbuster, we’re happiest simply enjoying each other’s company. We are so excited for this next chapter and cannot wait for all the new adventures it will bring us!
