Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the nature of Lost River Cave, we have decided to make our wedding celebration an adult-only affair. We hope this will be a nice night out for all the parents in our lives! Please reach out to the bride and groom directly if you need any additional assistance in arranging for a sitter.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of the venue we kindly ask that no additional guests are brought unless listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive between 5:00pm to 5:15pm to allow adequate time to make your way to the ceremony site and find your seat. Please arrive no earlier than 5pm as this venue host Cave Tours and if our guest arrive earlier this will make it difficult for patrons of the park to exit the premise.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The Dress code is cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing white or ivory dresses or green suits. This is an outdoor venue and will require a 5 minute walk from parking lot to venue. Comfortable shoes are encouraged. Use discretion for high heels or stilettos.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service provided from Embassy Suites to and from Lost river Cave. Shuttle will leave at 4:30pm and 5pm. Limited seats per shuttle. Please make arrangements for Ubers or designated drivers if you are not staying at the Embassy Suites.

Yes, there will be parking at Lost River Cave.
