Semi-Formal

Chicken Milanese, 6oz panko breaded chicken, served with arugula, tomato, parmesan cheese, & lemon vinaigrette. Strip Steak, served with garlic mashed potatoes, root vegetable hash, roasted broccolini, and house steak sauce. Both meals also include the Drift Salad with a Balsamic Vinaigrette. Open bar serving beer & wine from 5:30pm until dinner service begins at 7:00pm, then reopen at the commencement of the reception.
