What is the Final Day to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly request that all wedding RSVPs be submitted by April 20th. The final deadline for responses is June 15, as we are required to provide confirmed guest counts to our vendors and will be unable to accommodate any replies received after this date. For the Arizona after-party reception, please submit your RSVP no later than August 1st. We are so excited to celebrate with each and every one of you!

Where Should I Plan to Stay in Omaha?

Answer

We recommend planning on staying at the Hyatt Place Omaha Downtown - Old Market or the Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area. These are both very close to the reception venue, and we suggest coordinating with other guests to catch an uber to and from the ceremony.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for the Rehearsal Dinner in Omaha and the After Party in Phoenix are both cocktail attire. The dress code for the Ceremony and Reception in Omaha are both formal attire. We encourage all guests to dress in some shade of blue or green no matter what event you join us for! (P.S. bring your dancing shoes to the Reception, THERE WILL BE LINE DANCING!)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be seated at the ceremony at 4:45PM!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that you keep phones tucked away and on silent so everyone can be fully present. We have hired an excellent photographer and promise to share photos afterward! As for the reception, feel free to take as many photos as possible and share them with other guests via our QR codes placed around the venue!

Am I Allowed to Bring a Plus-One?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing guests not specifically listed on your invitation as additional guests will not be accommodated.

Will Your Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

Our wedding will be completely indoors!

What is the Climate Like in the Summer in Omaha?

Answer

Summer in Omaha can be hot and a bit humid, we recommend breathable fabrics so that you are comfortable!

Is There Parking Available Near to the Venues?

Answer

Yes! Both locations have parking immediately outside the venue. In addition, ADA accessible parking will be available.

Can I bring outside food or drinks to the wedding?

Answer

We’re so grateful you’ll be celebrating with us! Our venue has a strict policy that does not allow outside food or beverages. Because of this, we would be subject to a fine if any outside items are brought in. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us honor the venue’s guidelines. We promise there will be plenty of delicious food and drinks for everyone to enjoy, including a soda fountain!
