What is the dress code?

This is a melanated affair! To celebrate our Blackness and to complement the warm, natural tones of our October wedding, we kindly request that all guests observe a Formal Dress Code in Shades of Brown. The requested color palette shown above spans the spectrum of brown, from soft taupe to camel and rich caramel, deepening to terracotta, bronze, and deep espresso and chocolate. Your attire should be formal, ranging from cocktail length to floor length and formal separates or suits. Please also note the cocktail hour will be in a heated outdoor terrace, weather permitting, so please plan accordingly. For Guests Wearing Dresses, Gowns, or Jumpsuits: Floor-length or tea-length gowns, knee-length or midi-length cocktail dresses, or a formal jumpsuit For Guests Wearing Suits or Formal Separates: Formal Suits, or formal separates that can include trousers paired with a vest and/or sport coat, or dress shirt and tie Accessories: Dress shoes, Suspenders, Bow Ties, Pocket Squares - Get creative! We encourage you to find an outfit that makes you feel both comfortable and expressive of your style.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We would like to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with our guest list, so we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. The name of each guest will be clearly noted on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated at this time.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your children, our wedding will be child free and therefore cannot accommodate anyone under 18. We kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, this will be an open bar so please refrain from bringing any outside drinks into the venue.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that you remain present during our special moment and avoid taking any photos or videos during our ceremony. After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day. However, please wait to post anything to social media, until we provide the say so. You can use #ALoveJones2026 as the hashtag!

Will parking be available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is an open parking lot with free parking for the venue. You will also be permitted to leave your car overnight in the parking lot.
