We're getting married again!

Brian and I met a little unconventionally as we met through Facebook. I had just joined and didn't have many friends on the platform so it was strange one day getting a message from someone I didn't know with the message asking to get to know each other better. We started talking through Facebook for several weeks until Brian came to NH from Weymouth, MA to spend the week with his friend. We met up in Raymond, NH and had our first date in Mines Falls Park. From then on we were inseperable...

Brian likes to do things differently and unique and has always come up with clever ways to give me something or surprise me. Last Christmas he proposed to me by letting my mom open my ring and asking for her permission right there in front of everyone. This was so significant because my engagement ring is made from a diamond my Nana gave to Brian and I asking him to use it. Nana was very special to my mom and I and what a better way to honor her then a special moment like that...

Throughout our relationship we knew we wanted to have children, however initially we didn't know when. Once I got news that I had a condition that may make it hard for me to have a child I knew I couldn't be selfish and wait until I was ready or until we were married. Brian happily agreed and we took many sacrificial steps to get pregnant with our daughter Lyra Ann. Through many trials and tribulations and a very difficult pregnancy, she was born on April Fools Day 2019. She is the light of our life and we are so blessed to have her. We are also thrilled to say that we can't wait to see her be part of our special day!
