What colors are we allowed to wear?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear dark navy blue. Men and boys, please wear a navy blue button-up and black pants; no suit jacket or tie is required. Women and girls, please wear a solid navy blue dress to the length of your comfort.

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

You can either RSVP online on the wedding website or you can mail the RSVP card back to us. RSVPs are due March 1st, 2027. As we have a hard due date, anyone who tries to RSVP after 11:59 PM on March 1st, 2027, will not be able to do so, as we need a final count for our venue and caterers. We will miss you and hope to see you soon.

What time does the cerimony start?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive by 12:30 PM as the ceremony starts at 1:00 PM. If you arrive when the ceremony starts, you will be asked to wait until the entire wedding party has made it down the aisle, then sit in the back to avoid interrupting the ceremony.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar; however, if the bartenders think you have had too much to drink, you will be cut off. We ask that you drink responsibly or have a designated driver, as there will be no overnight parking. Last call will be at 9:30 PM, and the bar will be closed at 9:45 PM.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoor/outdoor. There is a rain plan considering the wedding will be in May.

Will there be parking?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking, as there are two parking lots. There will also be a parking attendant to help guests find their way.

Can you bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will say your name and guest. If you are not sure, you can always check on the RSVP page.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

Yes, your children are welcome as long as they are on the invitation.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception ends at 10:00 pm, the last song will be played at 9:50, and the couple will have their private last dance at 9:55 pm.

Will there be transportation at the venue?

Answer

There will not be transportation to the venue, but there will be golf cart transportation on the venue grounds for those who need it.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, and there is also wheelchair accessible parking.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

No, you may not take pictures during the ceremony; we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We will have a photographer and videographer, so there will be plenty of pictures and videos taken.

What if there is dietary restrictions in my house?

Answer

If there is a dietary restriction in your household, please let Mya or Debbie know, and they will let the couple know. The couple will see if any accommodations can be made, but there is no guarantee.

The Ceremony, Cocktail hour, and the Reception will all be held at 19175 PA-35, Mifflin, PA 17058

What is the weather backup plan?

Answer

If it rains the day before, the ceremony will still be held outside. However, if it rains, the morning of the ceremony will be moved to the pavement or inside.

Is there a registry or a Honeymoon fund?

We will have a Honeymoon fund at the wedding; we do not have a wedding registry. There will be a Card box for cards.
