It will be Halloween weekend so there will be a lot of people on the roads. We encourage folks to use available ride options, especially those planning to drink. There are plenty of available ride options for those wishing to get around without moving your vehicle. There shouldn't be an issue grabbing an Uber, Lyft, scooter, taxi or other safe ride around downtown.
