We appreciate your excitement to celebrate with us! However, we have already accounted for all guests in our wedding invitations and RSVPs. Each invitation specifies the number of guests permitted. Unfortunately, any additional guests that are not included in the invitation will not be provided with meals. Additionally, bringing uninvited guests may violate fire code regulations, which could jeopardize the event and lead to the wedding being shut down. If you are confused or plan to change your original guest, please let the bride and groom know before the RSVP date. Please refrain from bringing any uninvited guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for everyone. Thank you!
While we hold a deep affection for children, the bride and groom have made the decision to host an adult-only wedding. We kindly request that guests refrain from bringing children, with the exception of our immediate family members. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Yes! There is a huge lot beside the venue for parking. Carpooling is always suggested, but we will have an overflow area for parking as well. Golf carts and attendees will be available to help drive you down to the venue if you park far from the venue! There is also a 50 seat shuttle that will run from the hotel to the venue and back throughout the day.
The ceremony is scheduled to commence promptly at 4:30 PM. To ensure adequate time for parking and seating, it is advisable to arrive by 4:00 PM. Please plan accordingly, as traffic in Chattanooga can be unpredictable.
Yes! We are working on the schedule currently, and will release one closer to time. As of now the only scheduled drop off time to the venue is 3:45. There will be drop offs back to the hotel after the ceremony that will be shared.
Yes! Everything will be held at the Woodlands at Five Gables, just in different areas of that venue.
We recommend the Chattanoogan. There is currently a block open for our wedding. The link can be found under the travel tab on our website.
July heat is no joke! We only plan for cocktail hour to be outside. No worries, there will be plenty of drinks and food on us!
We kindly request that all guests refrain from taking cell phone pictures during the ceremony. This will allow our professional photographer to capture all the precious moments without distractions. We are more than happy to take pictures with you all afterwards! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Absolutely! We'd love for you to share after the ceremony. There will be QR codes on each table if you would like to upload to a group photo album for us to look back on after the party.
Yes! We cannot wait to party with you all. Please plan to drink responsibly and plan to arrange responsible drivers for the night of. We will also have plenty of nonalcoholic beverages on hand as well so no worries for those not planning on drinking or who cannot drink. Either way, raise a glass on us!

We will be making our grand exit at around 9:50 and our vendors will begin breaking down shortly after. The reception is set to end at 10pm and guest should vacate the venue before 11pm.
We are not registered with any store. We are blessed to have everything we need in our home. In lieu of household items, we request a donation to our honeymoon fund.
