To begin they met on May 13th on a first date to the Aquarium. Colby picked Aaliyah up he also brought her a bouquet of flowers. They went on their date to the aquarium, Colby was quite awkward and nervous he was yapping a bunch, which was great because Aaliyah is a better listen. Throughout the time of the aquarium, they looked at fish and talked the whole time, their evening was not quite finished just yet.They went to grab a bite once they were done. Colby had locked the keys in the car, so when they were done eating there was a bit of a scare, but luckily he had a spare and that is how it all started. They spent the summer hanging out going on dates and just being together, on May 29 was the day Colby asked Aaliyah to be his girlfriend and in August 2024 the couple moved in together adopted a 14 year-old cat named Daisy which Aaliyah was very allergic to and later on the 29th found out Aaliyah was pregnant which was very surprising news, indeed. Time went on Aaliyah‘s belly grew bigger and on May 10 2025, a beautiful baby was born and their life changed all for the better. When she thought nothing big was going to happen on July 11 of 2025, Colby got down on one knee and proposed.
The date, Colby asked Aaliyah too be his girlfriend. This day started with watching Disney movies. Then decided to go out for dinner, and after dinner they went to the dollar store to grab canvases, paint, and go on a drive. Colby drove up to Lookout Mountain there they painted and later went on a hike after determining that Aaliyah‘s painting was way better. Once the hike was done Colby carried Aaliyah to the car and they sat in his truck and he asked her to be his girlfriend. She said yes!
After a long day filled with activity Colby drove the to the spot where he had asked Aaliyah to be his girlfriend, it was cold and rainy, and he was awkward as ever. Colby shared to her how she is his inspiration and how she comforts his inner child , he then got down on one knee and proposed.
