FAQs

The Wedding Website of Mallika Gopal and Aakash Keswani
Question

How does an all-inclusive resort work?

Answer

The wedding will be at an all inclusive resort. Your hotel fee is charged per person per night (kids under 13 are charged a reduced-rate, kids 2 and under are free). Hotel fare includes your hotel stay, all food & drinks throughout the resort (including restaurants, room-service, and room mini-bars), and activities provided on/by the resort. Your hotel fare does not include any tips you give to staff, excursions outside the resort, anything you buy at stores on the resort, and certain premium spa services.

Question

Do I have to book my accommodations through Shaadi Destinations?

Answer

YES! To be included as part of the wedding guest count, you must book through our personal Shaadi Destinations link. This is available on the "Travel" tab above.

Question

Is there a minimum night stay?

Answer

YES! You must book a minimum 3 night stay per the resort's policy. Our room block is available from July 3-July 7.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Your initial RSVP will be through this website via the RSVP tab. However, your final RSVP (if attending) will be confirmed once you book your resort room.

Answer

Hot! Temperatures are usually in the 80s. Remember to pack sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses and plan your outfits accordingly.

What are other helpful items to bring?

Answer

Any medications (prescription and over the counter). Over the counter medications (like Tylenol and Motrin) will be available but tend to be up-priced at the resort stores! Don't forget to bring your swimsuits and leisure clothing so you can enjoy the resort between wedding events - we want this to be a vacation for our guests too!
