It was the end of her sophomore and his junior year at Wheaton. After about a week of Casey hearing that a random girl named Aafke thought he was cute, he asked her out. His line was, "People have been telling me I should 'aafke' you out. So do you want to do something later this week?" Aafke said yes, and 2 years later she said yes again, but this time Casey didn't use any cheesy lines. Our love story may not be flashy, but it's steady, and that's all we ever really wanted anyways.
