When will formal invitations be sent?

Formal invitations will be sent February 2027. If you do believe you will be attending, you may RSVP through the website now!
Question
How does the room block at the venue work?
Answer
The hotel block offers 30 rooms for the night of the wedding and 15 rooms the night before at a discounted rate. The room block will be created under the bride's last name and groom's last name. Once the code is created, you may begin booking your reservations. The block will be made up of a mixture of King and Queen studio suites with one bathroom and a full kitchen. A discounted rate will be applied to both room types. The block will close 6 weeks before check-in. Any room booked after that will not be included at the discounted rate. The hotel suggests that guests book rooms together, as the Queen studio has 2 queen-size beds and a full-size couch.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones, however we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening and weekend as a fun getaway!

Please refrain from light blue and of course white!

Will the Hotel LBI shuttle provide transport to the ceremony?
Answer
Unfortunately, the hotel shuttle is strictly for beach access.

Where is the ceremony located in regards to the venue?
Answer
The ceremony will be held at St Mary's Parish at the Barnegat, NJ location. It is under 30 minutes from all suggested hotel locations! The church is located before you cross over the bridge to Long Beach Island to the venue, so for those driving over the day of you can go to the ceremony before check in at your hotel.

What time is the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be held at St. Mary's Parish at the Barnegat, NJ location at 2 pm! Kindly, please arrive at 1:30 to get settled. Do not accidentally go to the other church location in Manahwakin!

What should I do in between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The bridal party will be taking photos until cocktail hour. In the meantime, you are more than welcome to get the party started and grab a drink and some bites at the rooftop of Hotel LBI!

Where will cocktail hour and the reception be taken place?
Answer
Cocktail hour will be at the hotel on the veranda outdoors. However, there is a complete overhead ceiling covering the outdoor space. The reception will be adjacent to the cocktail hour space, inside.

Will there be an after party?

YES! Our reception will end early and we would love to keep the party going! Details to come soon.
