When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by October 1st! If we do not receive your RSVP by that date, you will be marked as "not attending". This is to ensure we provide accurate guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held at The Brick Ballroom. The address is 119B S. Broadway Street, Siloam Springs, AR. Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors but there is a veranda and garden that will be accessible during the reception.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only event other than those participating in the ceremony. We hope this gives you enough time to make other arrangements to take the night off and celebrate with us!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see everyone get dressed up for our big day so we are requesting guests to dress in cocktail attire. Cocktail attire includes suit and tie, midi-length dresses, and cocktail-length dresses. We ask that no one wears jeans, shorts, hats, or colors usually reserved for the bride such as white, ivory, and champagne.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to it starting to ensure you have time to get a drink if you wish and sit where you would like.

Answer
The Brick Ballroom is located in the heart of downtown Siloam Springs offering ample parking around the venue.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having a phone-free ceremony. We ask that everyone put their personal cameras and phones away and silence them during our ceremony to take in the full ceremony. We have amazing photographers that will capture every moment and would hate to have a guest's phone in the photo. We promise to share the ceremony photos once we have them!

What if I am running late to the ceremony?
Answer
Our day is being coordinated on a strict schedule so we are unable to push back our ceremony time due to people running late. If you happen to be running late, you will not be allowed into the ceremony. This avoids distraction for not only the other guests but the bride and groom as well.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Northwest Arkansas is beautiful in late October with the colors in the trees near peak. Highs are in the mid-sixties with lows in the 50s. The ceremony and reception are indoors with a covered patio attached.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Drinks are on us, hangover is on you! There will a selection of beer, wine, and two cocktails for you to enjoy all night long.
