When Do I Need to Respond?

Answer

Due to deadlines given to us by our caterer, we must have finalized counts by September 1st, 2025. We will be unable to adjust the number after that date so please be sure to respond by then at the latest.

Your presence is the real gift! We are so blessed to already have everything we need for our next chapter together. While we do not expect any gifts, if you feel inclined to give, a contribution toward our future would be deeply appreciated. However, your love and support are the greatest gift we would ask for!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open at 4:00 pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. There will be a few outdoor lawn games available to play before the ceremony if you arrive early. We do ask that you refrain from trying to hunt either of us down as we will be busy trying to get prepared for the big moment. We are so thankful you're coming to share our big day with us and we look forward to spending time with everyone during the reception!

Are Extra Guests Welcome?

Due to the limited capacity at the venue, we ask that only those addressed on the invitations attend. If you have been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation with either their name or "Guest". If you feel as though we have missed someone from your party, please reach out to Ashley at 731-227-3604. We appreciate your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would prefer to have an adults only date night so that you are able to relax and enjoy the night with us. We understand that is not a possibility for everyone so we do not mind if your children attend, however, please note that there will be an open bar right after the ceremony, so there will be people drinking. Additionally, we will have family friendly music playing until 7:45 pm. At this time, the DJ will announce that we are transitioning to club style music at 8:00 pm. The music will become more suitable for adults only as there will be profanity and likely provocative dancing.
