Is there a hotel room block?

The room block at the Holiday Inn Springdale is now closed. You can still book a room directly through the hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be ample parking at each location. Cars can be left overnight at the reception venue, but must be picked up first thing the next morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be provided from the room block hotels to and from the ceremony and reception. Additional timing and details are available on the "Shuttle Schedule" tab.

All vendors and venues will be following local health and Covid guidelines. Masks are optional and we respect everyone's choice to mask or not.
