How do I book my hotel and flights?

Is the resort all inclusive?

Answer

Yes! The resort is all-inclusive, meaning your stay includes meals, drinks, and many on-site amenities.

Do I need a passport and when should I get one?

Answer

Yes. A valid U.S. passport book is required for international air travel to Mexico. A passport card cannot be used for flying internationally, so please be sure you have a passport book. We recommend that your passport be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates, just to be safe. If you don’t currently have a passport (or yours is expiring soon), we suggest applying as soon as possible. Processing times for passports can vary throughout the year, but typically: Routine processing: 4–6 weeks Expedited processing: 2–3 weeks (additional fee) These timelines do not include mailing time. To avoid any stress, we recommend applying or renewing at least 3–4 months before travel, especially since winter travel can be busy.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Beach Attire: Golf pants, linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, bright colors, floral prints and sandals. Please dress comfortably for the warm weather!

Are there dress codes for some of the bars and restaurants?

Answer

Yes. Casual Bermudas (long shorts or Capri pants), sneakers/tennis shoes and sandals. Ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up. No sleeveless shirts for men. Casual Elegance Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Long pants required for men. Beach Casual Swim trunks, bathing suits and flip-flops accepted. Daytime Casual Bathing suit cover-ups or shorts and tops and sandals required.

Your presence is truly the only gift we ask for. We will not have a registry, and we do not expect gifts, just come ready to relax and enjoy a beautiful vacation with us!
