What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that anyone not using the shuttle service to arrive by 4:20pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi-formal attire. Cowboy boots and hats are encouraged as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We will only be inviting children of close family to our wedding. We hope you’ll understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day!

No, only invited guests are welcome to attend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Per the travel page, there are three hotels that we recommend. There is a block at TRU but you may choose to stay at any of the three. However, the shuttles will be picking up outside of TRU.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will be picking up outside of TRU at 3:15pm and 4:00pm to take you to the venue. We will also have shuttles that will return to the hotel, leaving the venue at 10:45pm and 11:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a full parking lot at the venue. However, we strongly encourage you to take the shuttles so everyone makes it back home safely!

Yes! On Saturday, November 15th we will be having a post wedding happy hour! Details are listed on the website under the "schedule" tab.
