When do I need to RSVP by?

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love your kids, but unfortunately will not be able to accommodate any children at our event. We hope that you are still able to join us on our special day.

Can I bring a plus one or a guest?

Answer

Unless specified on your invite or during the RSVP process, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with a plus one or guest. We hope you understand.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in your favorite cocktail attire. The ceremony will be held on grass, so plan your shoes accordingly.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Both the ceremony and receptions will be held outdoors. The reception area will be covered. Temperatures will likely be warm towards the start and cool off some into the night. If it rains heavily, the ceremony will likely be moved to the covered reception area.

For my food allergy or dietary restriction, when and how should I inform you?

Please contact either John or Ann with plenty of time prior to the event, to allow us to make the appropriate accommodations for you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Ride sharing services are available in the area. We will be informing Uber/Lyft of the influx of people in the area to allow availability for a safe ride home. We encourage carpooling or designating a DD. We strongly suggesting scheduling rides ahead of time as wait times can be longer.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is onsite parking for up to 70 vehicles including 3 handicapped stalls. We encourage ride sharing or carpooling to ensure a parking spot. Guests are permitted to leave their cars overnight, but need to collect them the following morning by 10:00 am. Parking offsite on Gold Hill Road or neighboring roads is not permitted and these vehicles will be towed.
