At a local bowling alley in town is where we would first meet as teenagers. I saw him with his friends playing pool and he noticed me walking by pretty often. Before leaving, he bet his friends that he could get my number. Little did he know it would be the hardest he would ever have to work to get a number. After giving him a hard time I finally caved and gave it to him. From that night on we talked every night for hours. He was my first true love. Life happened and we drifted apart but we somehow always checked on one another throughout the years. In February 2014 something just told me to get on Facebook to check my messages. Surprised I saw one from him asking how I was doing. I responded back but this time would be different...the relationship was here to stay.

Three years ago we were in Maui, Hawaii and little did I know my life would be changed forever. On July 29th we took a trip called "the road to Hana" we went through mountains, rock roads and even drove on the edge of many cliffs to see all the beauty that Maui had to offer. It was the trip of a lifetime...we made a stop at the "black sand beach" and this is where my best friend asked me to be his wife. I'll never forget that crazy road trip to Hana and for this Maui will always have my heart. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him and to celebrate our special day with you all! #AandJgetmauid
