No, we do not have a registry. We are not asking for any gifts, but if it makes you happy to give one, cash is appreciated but not expected!
It's probably going to be hot! If you're someone who would normally wear a suit and you're worried about being too hot, feel free to go with nice pants and a short sleeved button down or something similar. No opinion on ties but follow your heart if you feel like it completes the look.
If you're up for it, the most direct way to get to Greenwood Park is to walk -- that's what we'll (-probably-) be doing! It's about 1.5 miles/30 minutes to walk. You can also take a cab/ride share. Lastly, there's the Q train to 7th Ave and then the B67/69 bus down 7th Ave.
If you're driving in, my personal recommendation would be to park near the reception area (there's usually parking on 18th or 19th streets) and then walking through the park to the ceremony. If you don't want to walk that far, you can probably find a spot in Prospect Lefferts Garden (I recommend Maple, Midwood, Rutland, or Fenimore for parking).
If you are trying to take a cab to the ceremony, the closest entrance is on Lincoln Road and Ocean Ave (you can probably type in 17 Lincoln Road, Brooklyn, NY). However, the Q train is also right there...why not try out public transportation?!
Yes! We'll head over to The Bell House in Gowanus around 10:00. It's the best songs of the 90s and 00s all night long!
