Rehearsal Dinner

The wedding party will rehearse on the patio and 3rd floor space starting at 4pm. Dinner and merriment to follow!

Getting Ready

The wedding party will be getting ready at a beautiful historic mansion downtown Eau Claire. Brunch and refreshments will be available so we can relax as we get ready. A photographer will be on site. The general rule of thumb is first floor is everyone’s space, second floor is girl space, and third floor is the soon-to-not-be-bachelor pad. The bride and groom will travel carefully between floors with everyone’s assistance to stay clear of each other.
Wedding

Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 3pm. The wedding will be held on the patio (weather permitting) of the 3rd floor of the Brewing Projekt building. If weather is less than ideal, we will be in a lovely indoor space on the 3rd floor. We will enter through the main Brewing Projekt tap room to access the 3rd floor by stairs or elevator. Please remember a mask is required to enter the Brewing Projekt. We are asked to limit our travels through the main tap room as much as possible to help with the number of guests Brewing Projekt is allowed to welcome into this space for business. Family & Wedding Party Photos

Family of the bride and groom and wedding party will stay after the ceremony for some family photographs before the “first run”. All other guests can find their tables, grab their “race bib” from their table setting, use the restrooms on the 3rd floor, mingle, and start moving to the trail behind Brewing Projekt for the “first run”.
“In It For The Long Run” One Mile Run/Walk
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

We will meet on the trail behind The Brewing Projekt by the river. We will take a “race start” picture and then set off for a leisurely stroll/walk/jog/run/roll/skip/crawl. We would love for all of our guest to join us for this special event for at least the first few moments/meters. There will be an out and back 1 mile “course” marked on the trail. There are no road crossings! Feel free to turn around whenever your heart desires beer! (The bartenders will not start serving until after this event as alcohol is not permitted on the trail!) For those of our guests who want to complete the full 1 mile course. there will be a surprise at the turn around at the 0.5 mile mark.

A catered meal will be provided by Sweet Clarissa Catering. Music, Mingling, and Merriment to follow! For the safety of all of our loved ones, we plan to forgo the traditional dance party after dinner. We will instead have a selection of music we love playing indoors and outdoors and hope everyone can enjoy mingling, sharing a drink, and each others company as safely as possible!
