Yes, please dress in cocktail attire.

What does "cocktail attire" mean?

Answer

"Cocktail attire is often compared to semi-formal attire - nicely dressed, but not as formal as a black tie event. The goal is to look polished and put together without being overly elaborate." Any of these items would be perfect for our dress code: knee-length, tea-length, or midi cocktail dresses more casual maxi dresses (not ballgown or floor-length gala dresses) dressy jumpsuits or women's suits heels, wedges, or dressy flats suit, dress shirt, + tie or bowtie suit jacket, dress slacks, dress shirt, + tie or bowtie dress shoes

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may start arriving at 3:30pm, but should plan to be seated and ready for the ceremony to start at 4:00pm.

Can I bring a date or children?

Answer

Although we'd love to be able to include all those who are close to our closest family and friends, kindly refrain from bringing guests who were not listed on your invitation. If your invitation does state "+ guest," be sure to include your guest's name with your RSVP. Please be mindful that the guest count for all events will be finalized on April 13th, 2025.

Why is the after party location on my invite different from the website?

Answer

The after party location has not changed - the celebration will still continue on at 30503 E Line Rd. Delmar, MD 21875, located directly behind Kylan Barn. After invitations were sent we found that the restaurant had changed ownership. Therefore, the name of the business has been changed from "Oaked 54" (printed on your invitation) to "The Groove" - but we're still just as excited to dance the night away with you!
