Answer
Tropical chic: Casual and breezy but still has plenty of glamour. It means lightweight fabrics like cotton and linen. Men can opt for neutral colors paired with bright, tropical prints with boat shoes or loafers. Women can wear slacks, maxi or short dresses with wedges or flat sandals. We have decided that our wedding will be an intimate affair and carefully curated our guest list to include individuals who historically have and we hope will continue to support us throughout our marriage. According to proper etiquette, we have also invited married, engaged, and cohabiting partners as well as plus-ones for everyone in the bridal party. In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adults only occasion and we are only able to extend the invite to the children in our wedding party. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off. If you have any further inquiries, please send an email to 42to4ever@gmail.com. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please be on time. We highly suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes early. Refreshments will be served. (La ceremonia comenzará puntualmente a las 4pm. Over the pandemic, we moved to Puerto Rico and reclaimed indigenous land in Juana Díaz. As Taino descendants, it was important for us to repatriate and we plan to give back to our community by providing locally-grown products, while creating a legacy for future generations.
