Asheville Regional Airport is the closet airport with an hour and a half drive to the venue. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta airport is about 3 hour drive but likely has more convenient flights.
Our dress code is formal attire. For men, we recommend a suit and tie. For women, we recommend evening gowns or floor length dresses. Please note that although all weddings events will be held indoors, it will likely still be a chill time of the year in the mountains. As such, please dress accordingly.
Although we would love to celebrate with more people, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list intimate. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day. Unless your child is specifically named on the invitation or has an active role in our ceremony, please leave your little cuties at home. Or in the alternative, if you wish to travel with your children, we can recommend a babysitter for the night of the wedding.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks at the after party will not be covered. Please note to have your photo ID for all events.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, please for our wedding registry which will be added to our website once completed. Additionally, a wedding card box will be at our reception.
The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 5:30pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.
