We’re Getting Married

We met through my sister Tece, whom at the time, worked with Gary. They were best friends at work. I was visiting Tece during Christmas break away from school when she told me her friend was interested in me. She gave me his number and told me to text him. We began to text for a few days and ended up planning a date before I returned to school. I remember getting dressed and ready to meet him for the first time. When he arrived we exchanged a few words and smiles. I was a little nervous. I thought he was cute. My sister actually made us take a picture together before we left. We went to dinner at Glorias in Arlington, TX and he beat me in every game at Dave & Buster’s after (he didnt cut me any slack). We have been inseparable ever since. We now have a beautiful daughter, Kylee. And we cant wait to spend the rest of our lives together.

5 YEARS LATER!!! I still can’t believe he surprised me. It was the most beautiful and suddenly very warm day when the love of my life asked me to be his WIFE!!!! I burst into a sweat immediately, the moment he popped the question. I randomly planned a family photo shoot for Gary, Kylee, and I. We hadn't had professional photos taken in years. I picked our outfits, the location, the date and time and I only asked Gary to book the shoot through his friend. Little did I know, he was secretly planning my proposal with the photographer. If anyone knows Gary, he does not make many, if any, plans. He is a go with the flow type of guy. So I just knew I would always know about my proposal before hand.... NOT! As we were leaving the park, Gary said “There is one more pose I want to do... I have the perfect pose!” He positioned me next to the rail on the bridge and as I turned back to see where Gary and Kylee would be standing for this “perfect pose” HE WAS DOWN ON HIS KNEE. I was so surprised and HAPPY. I was shaking and couldn't stop smiling. He asked me to marry him. I said YES of course. The ring was absolutely beautiful. He and I both grinned from ear to ear as he put the ring on my finger. I cant wait to be HIS Mrs.Coleman 💍😊💕
