Are there hotels close by the venue for out-town-guests?

Answer

Yes! The closest hotels are 15–25 minutes from the ceremony and reception, including Hyatt Place Bayamón, Holiday Inn Express San Juan Condado, and Four Points by Sheraton Caguas. Since the ceremony is in the outskirts of San Juan and the reception is in Gurabo, we also recommend exploring stays in San Juan, Guaynabo, or Caguas depending on your travel plans. San Juan offers a range of beautiful beachfront hotels, while Caguas has convenient options just a short drive from the reception venue. There are also plenty of cozy and stylish Airbnb options throughout the metro area. We don't recommend staying near the Old San Juan Area, there will be a lot of trafic and higher stay rates due to the festival. ***Disclaimer: the venue is located in the Gurabo, about 45 minutes from SJU.***

We have decided to have a kid free wedding. We want to ensure each guest enjoys the festivities without having to worry about anything else. Hemos decidido tener una boda sin niños. Queremos asegurarnos de que cada invitado disfrute de las festividades sin tener que preocuparse por nada más.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

This weekend will be the Calles de San Sebastian Fiestas in the Old San Juan. We definitely recommend spending that Sunday after the wedding at the Fiestas SanSe. We will definitely be in attendance. Este fin de semana se celebrarán las Fiestas de la Calle San Sebastián en el Viejo San Juan. Sin duda recomendamos pasar el domingo después de la boda en las Fiestas de SanSe. Nosotros definitivamente estaremos allí.

Can I bring a date?

Debido al espacio limitado, solo podemos acomodar a los invitados formalmente incluidos en nuestra boda. Si tienes un +1, en el RSVP aparecerá: "{Su Nombre} & {Nombre de Acompañante}." Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests formally invited to our wedding. If you have a +1, the RSVP will state: "{Your Name} & {Guest's Name.}"
