Maid of Honor
I met my sister on February 15th, 1988, and though I don't remember meeting her I'm told it went well. Growing up, Kym was always the best little sister anyone could ask for and she was NEVER annoying. We used to LOVE hearing people say we looked like twins! Just kidding, little sisters are often annoying and we kinda wanted to punch the people who thought we were twins. But the good news is we grew out of those stages and, over time, we became incredibly close friends (who now think it's funny we look so much alike in old pictures). Today I can honestly say I'm incredibly grateful for my sister. She's smart, funny, and she inspires me to love others just as generously and fearlessly as she does. I'm thrilled to stand beside her as she marries Logan, the man of her dreams!
Best Man
I met Logan when he first entered this world, kicking and screaming, covered in goop. He was a bit too heavy for my little four year old arms, but I wanted to hold him anyway. I remember being so upset when I couldn’t see my brother right away. I knew he was born, and I was stuck with the babysitter. I mean, all I ever wanted was a little brother up to that point. I kicked and screamed as well until they finally took me down to the hospital to see him. Yes, my tantrum was effective.

I met Kym back in 2014, at the rehearsal of my sister's wedding. From that moment we hit it off and we were unstoppable! I was living pretty far away in Rhinelander, but every time I would come home it was like I never left. When I decided to move back to Green Bay a few years later Kym graciously invited me to move in with her which brought us even closer. I remember Kym telling me about this date she had, and how she was pretty nervous, but afterwards she was so thrilled and Logan and her became inseparable! Kym is someone who has always been there for me through thick and thin. Even the distance between us now doesn't get us down! (even though I definitely wish she was closer :P ) I love you so much!

This is the story of when I actually learned Logan’s name. We had been friends to for most of a year at this point. Having met sometime in high school. When we met Sean introduced Logan as “Hopper.” From that moment I knew Logan as and didn’t really give it a second thought. Sean, Logan and I were sitting around Sean’s house. That’s when Mike, Sean’s dad, started yelling from the kitchen “Logan...” What he actually had wanted I can’t remember. We had been sitting watching tv or something and Mike kept calling “Logan” So I spoke up “Mike there is no one here named Logan.” Then Logan said “My first name is Logan.” So feeling rather confounded I responded “Yea I guess your parents didn’t name you Hopper huh.”

How we met... Hmm. Well, it all started out in Girl Scouts. Yes, Girl Scouts... Saving the world one cookie at a time! We met when we were wee little girls around four our five years old. We have done many local travels together throughout the years on various school field trips. We have done so many fun activities in gym class and also sang our little booties off in mandatory choir class. It carried on all the way through high school really leading up to now. So many memories from so many years. We could probably write a small trilogy series about our adventures growing up in this big world. Now, here we are, just a short distance away until she marries and starts a new chapter in her life with Logan. Enjoy the moment, enjoy the ride, we will always be home girls until we die.

I met Logan freshman year of High School in Health class. Most of my memories of us I should probably keep to myself because they involve a lot of beer pong and many shenanigans! But some of my favorite times with Logan were just chill days, lounging around playing Blitz or Cribbage and going frisbee golding. A great moment I'll always remember is when Logan and I were driving around and a deer jumped out from the woods on the side of the road and he screamed like a little girl!! I don't think we've ever laughed so hard!

Kym and I met in sixth grade and it was a match made in heaven! We became best friends right away. We’ve had so many great times together whether it be going to some crazy parties, concerts or just hanging out at one of houses talking. What most people don’t know is Kym was engaged once before... to me! She popped the question one night when we were out, and I happily said Yes! We never actually got married, but what she was really asking me was to be apart of her life forever, and I’m so happy to be apart of her life for the rest of our days!

I first met Logan in High School it was just in passing but we had some mutual friends and always had fun & hilarious times when we would hangout. It wasn't until we got to drinking age that I met his older brother Ross at the old Crunch Frog (bar in Green Bay) and my relationship with the Wilson family began to grow. From their I eventually got to know, date, and marry their cousin Claire, without Ross or Logan I would have never met Claire and she is my rock! Some of my favorite times with Logan include long nights of playing Magic the Gathering and building game decks! I hop you two have a joyous union!

I have known Kym since high school, but we really became close friends when her & Logan moved out to Colorado. We’ve had so many fun times exploring our little neighborhood in what we called “Arvada Adventures.” Our adventures have consisted of finding every taco joint, brewery & pumpkin patch west of Denver. Over the last few years we have been there for each other through the ups & downs of life. Kym & Logan were the first people that I celebrated the news of my baby with & they happily became Auntie Kym & Uncle Logan when he was born. Our friendship hasn’t been that long in the making but over these few short years we have come to be such great friends that we know we can rely on each other for anything. I am beyond happy to be apart of this wedding as I love both Kym & Logan so much!

The memory of Logan that stands out the most in my mind is a visit to Door County in our teenage years. On that rainy night, we were all stuck indoors & although nothing profound happened, to our surprise I feel that this experience had bonded us for life & when all the cousins realized that we were on the exact same page. After a lifetime of experiences they could have driven us apart our family has never been closer. So when Kym broke onto the scene during our 20s I immediately began to suspect that she might just be able to hang. To truly know us is to love us, and to love us you've gotta have a screw loose. Their chemistry is undeniable & family is hard to find. That being said I welcome what comes next & I dare fate to tell us what we cannot do! I love the hell out of you all!
Officiant
Hello family and fiends! I'm Claire, Logan's cousin and I am so honored to be the officiant. I have so many wonderful memories with Kym & Logan, but I gotta save some for the big day! Alberto & I had just picked up our new truck & wanted to drive all over, so we decided a day trip to Plamann Park in Appleton, WI for disc golfing was in order, so we scooped up Kym & Logan, & headed down. We made some good shots & bad, mostly bad from Kym & I, but Logan killed it per usual & Berto wasn't far behind. Kym & I may have lost, but she caught some Pokemon! After word, we got tasty sandwiches & ice cream from a local sub shop!! This double date was when I knew Kym wasn't going anywhere, anytime soon! I'm extremely happy that day was part of their journey to June 20th, 2020!! Love you both!
