FAQsFAQs

Consider this your guide to all things wedding weekend, from attire to arrival times. If your question isn’t answered here, send it our way — we promise a timely reply.
Question

WHEN ARE INVITATIONS GOING OUT?WHEN ARE INVITATIONS GOING OUT?

Answer

Invitations will be mailed at the beginning of March. Each invitation will include a direct link back to this website where you can RSVP and find all the important details for the day. If you believe you should have received an invitation and haven’t, please reach out — we want to make sure no one is missed!

Question

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally listed on the invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be clearly noted on your invitation and reflected when you RSVP online. If your invitation is addressed only to you, we kindly ask that you attend solo and celebrate with us — we promise you’ll be surrounded by friends and family all night long!

Question

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, due to limited space we have chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of siblings of the bride or groom. We hope this gives you the opportunity to enjoy a fun night out and celebrate with us!

Question

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Black only, please. We are creating a timeless and elegant atmosphere, and we’re asking all guests to wear black from head to toe. Attire can range from formal to semi-formal — long gowns, cocktail dresses, sleek suits, or elevated evening wear are all welcome. Think chic, classic, and celebratory. We can’t wait to see everyone come together in one stunning, coordinated moment!

Question

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away so everyone can be fully present during this special moment. Our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing every detail, and we’ll happily share those memories with you once they’re ready. After the ceremony, feel free to snap and share all the fun!

Question

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP “yes” or “no” by April 11, 2026. This allows us to provide our vendors with an accurate final guest count and finalize seating and catering arrangements. We kindly ask that you respond by the deadline so we can plan accordingly.

Question

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANT MAKE IT?WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANT MAKE IT?

Answer

You will absolutely be missed! If you’re unable to attend, please be sure to RSVP “no” by April 11, 2026 so we can adjust our guest count with our vendors. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we hope to celebrate together another time.

Question

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Answer

We’ve found several wonderful local hotel options located just minutes from the wedding venues for your convenience. You can find full booking details, recommended hotels, and any room block information under the Travel tab on this website. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. To allow time for parking, transportation, and seating, we strongly recommend arriving by 1:30 PM. We want everyone settled and ready so you don’t miss a single moment!

Question

WHERE CAN I PARK?WHERE CAN I PARK?

Answer

Parking at the ceremony location is very limited, with no more than 12 guest spots available on the property. We kindly ask that guests carpool or use ride-share services whenever possible. Even better — we encourage everyone to take advantage of the shuttle service being provided to make arrival smooth and stress-free.

Question

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle service will run between the Marriott, Holiday Inn, and the Stevens Ballroom parking lot to the ceremony, and then back to the reception. The shuttle accommodates 28 passengers per trip and will make multiple runs. Guests should plan ahead and allow extra time to ensure timely arrival at the ceremony. Please note: Transportation back to hotels after the reception will not be provided. Guests should plan to use Uber, carpool, walk, or arrange personal transportation at the end of the evening.
