When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Friday, April 12th. This allows us to ensure that our fabulous caterers and bartenders will have plenty of food and drink for all.

Are children allowed?

Answer

For the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests, there will be no children allowed at this event.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Transportation between parking, the ceremony site, and the reception site will be made available for those with mobility issues. The reception will be located indoors with concrete floors and no stairs. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the bride or groom.

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:50pm to grab a program and find your seats before the ceremony begins.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes! There will be a parking lot at the venue, in between the ceremony and reception sites. Please enter the driveway marked ‘Wedding Entrance’ (not Orchard Entrance).

What time will the shuttles arrive and depart?

Answer

Shuttles will pick up from the Country Inn & Suites at 2:45 pm and the Staybridge Inn & Suites at 3:10 pm, arriving at the ceremony around 3:45 pm. Shuttles will depart from the reception back to the hotels at approximately 9pm, 10:30 pm, and 11:45 pm.

Can I drive to the ceremony but take the shuttles back?

Answer

Yes. If you miss the shuttle or drink more than expected at the reception, you can take the shuttles back to Eau Claire and leave your car at the venue overnight. We will work to provide rides to pick up your cars Saturday morning.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal cocktail attire. Dresses (cocktail or floor length), suits, or similar encouraged.

What should I NOT wear?

Answer

Please no jeans, shorts, t-shirts, athletic shoes, or flip flops. This is a classy event ;) Ladies, please reserve white, cream, and ivory for the bride.

Will there be non-alcoholic drink options?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be sodas, juices, iced tea, and even a signature mocktail.

Is there a vegetarian meal option?

Answer

If you are vegetarian/vegan or have any other dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP and we will work with our caterer to accommodate you.
