When is it too late to decide to go on the cruise?

Answer

If you are planning to make monthly payments, you must have the balance paid by March 30, 2021. If you will pay for the cruise in one payment, you have thirty days before June 13, 2021 (amount varies by room; please call the agent for specific details.)

What is the temperature like in Dallas, Texas in December?

Answer

In most years, Dallas averages a daily maximum temperature for December that's between 54 and 62 degrees Fahrenheit (12 to 16 degrees Celsius). The minimum temperature usually falls between 35 and 43 °F (1 to 6 °C). ... Most Decembers, the temperature does not get above 80 °F (27 °C). Please double-check before you travel. It would also be a good idea to bring a thin coat or heavy sweater, just in case.

Is there an airport nearby the host hotel?

Answer

Yes! You actually have the benefit of being nestled between two major airports: DFW and Love. If you need shuttle service, the hotel provides that; however, that complimentary accommodations is only afforded if you are flying in/out of Love airport. Be advised that Southwest Airlines only serves DFW.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin PROMPTLY at 7:30 pm. Please be seated no later than 7:20. Any guests not able to arrive by that time will be able to join the reception festivities at 8:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony is semi to formal. We strongly encourage you to choose attire that fits our 1920s theme. We also request that no guest wear any variation of white.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

You may bring a date, if you RSVP for an additional guest by the deadline date. Because of scheduling, we will not be able to accommodate last minute additions.

Children are welcome if they are your “plus one.”

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to the tab that explains it in detail. Also, there are SEVERAL hotels in the area (within 5-10 minutes away from the venue) that vary and should fit most budgets. Use the venue address for your search.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be dinner selections that should satisfy meat and plant-based preferences. Because dinner is not plated, there is no need to select a preference. However, be advised that if you have food allergies, you should be aware that special accommodations should be made as the food will be prepared using standard practices and ingredients.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is parking at the hotel for an additional expense. There is also free parking at the venue.

Yes! You must let the hotel know your needs when you book your room.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes! There are two come and go welcome events, Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm. More information will be given upon arrival.
