Kindly RSVP by Saturday, October 10th
We kindly ask guests to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins. For our 3:30 PM start, we recommend arriving between 3:00 and 3:15 PM to allow time to be seated.
Semi-formal attire. November weather in Alabama can be unpredictable, so we recommend planning layers or outerwear to stay comfortable in any conditions.
Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be clearly noted. Thank you for understanding!
We’re excited to celebrate with the whole family! We kindly ask that parents help ensure children are supervised and mindful during the ceremony and reception—especially during quiet moments—so everyone can enjoy the celebration. Please kindly let Tiana or Luke aware if your children will be attending to ensure we have the most accurate count!
Our dining will be a Buffet style service. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate with our caterers.
Yes, parking will be available at the venue. Additional details will be shared closer to the date.
We are not providing transportation for this event, as we do not have a hotel room block arranged. We recommend planning your own travel to and from the venue, and coordinating rides if needed.
Yes! We’re asking guests to keep phones put away and hands free during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture the moment, and we can’t wait to celebrate fully present with you.
We will not be offering a hotel block, but we’ve shared several great nearby hotel options in the Travel section of our site.
