When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 9/2/2027 (1 month before the wedding). This will allow us to finalize seating arrangements, catering numbers, and other details with our vendors. We appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible if you will be able to attend or not. If you can't make it, we will miss you dearly! We just ask that either way, you let us know. :)

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There is an RSVP tab on this website - if you press that, you can type in a name that was on your invitation and then you can RSVP for every person on the invitation!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, but the reception will be indoors. Because the wedding is in the fall, it is hard to anticipate what the weather will be like. We ask that as the date gets closer, you take a look at the weather and dress accordingly, especially for the outdoor ceremony!

Is everyone invited to the ceremony?

Answer

Although we'd love to have everyone there, the ceremony area would not be able to accommodate everyone that we want to celebrate with. On your invitation, we will include if you need to RSVP to the ceremony and reception, or just the reception.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony, everyone puts their phones away and on silent. We have hired a photographer to get the important pictures and we will share those with everyone. After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. This will hopefully allow everyone to relax, celebrate, and have a fun night out!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to space limitations at our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests who are listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be indicated when you RSVP.

What should we do about lodging?

Answer

If you go under the "travel" tab on our website, we have different local options for hotels, airbnb's, campgrounds, etc... :) We also have information about transportation under there as well!

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have beer, seltzers, different liquors, and mixers available for guests. We want everyone to be able to have fun and let loose. :) We just ask that everyone has a safe ride home! We will have a few designated drivers who will be driving back and forth throughout the night to bring guests to their hotel in Florence or Iron Mountain.
