We’ve always known we wanted our wedding to feel meaningful and true to us, which is why we’ve chosen to have an intimate ceremony in Detroit at the County Clerks Office surrounded by our immediate family. We first connected on Tinder in early 2018… and yes, Braden ghosted Hanna. Bold move. Luckily, he made up for it when we reconnected at the Ruby Owl Taproom in Oshkosh on March 16, 2018—and we’ve been inseparable ever since. What began during a season of change quickly turned into something lasting. We built a life together, eventually trading small-town Wisconsin for the Chicago suburbs—and Hanna finally being within 5–10 minutes of a Super Target and Trader Joe’s. On May 24, 2025, Braden proposed in St. Clair, Michigan, just before sunset over the river. We celebrated the only way we know how—with drinks, dancing, and singing the night away. On Friday, July 24, 2026, we’ll be getting married in Detroit, followed by a day of celebrating with all of you. From Tinder to forever, it’s been quite the journey—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
