Yes! We have one at the Country Inn and Suites. Please call and to book accommodations and mention you are booking under the Johnson/Hannah wedding. Otherwise, there are other hotels in Prairie du Chien, but we do not have rooms blocked off.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form.
While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of children who have been invited. However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a fun date night for yourselves!
The ceremony starts at 3:30 PM on September 26th, 2026 at Long View Ranch. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early so that you can be seated prior to the start of the service.
We kindly ask that all guests wear cocktail attire. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or champagne tones. Gentlemen, please stay away from jeans. The ceremony will be outside, and the reception will be inside being on the same property. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event!
Yes, we will have a shuttle bus available from 8-11 PM to bring guests into town. We recommend this to guests who have been having some fun to keep others safe. With that, there is parking available at the venue in a designated area. Cars left here over night need to be picked up by 9 AM Sunday morning.
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don’t want any phones in our photos! We ask all guests to be present with us in the moment.
Yes! We will have an open bar! We will have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available for our guests.
