A few helpful details as you prepare for the wedding weekend!
Question

At what time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive no earlier than 4:30 PM.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

For guests staying at our room block hotels, shuttle transportation to the church and back from the venue to the hotels will be provided.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the Church of St. Martin-in-the-Fields, as well as complimentary valet parking at the Philadelphia Cricket Club. Guests are also welcome to valet their car at the Philadelphia Cricket Club prior to the ceremony and walk the short distance to the church. After the ceremony, everyone will walk together from the church to the club for cocktail hour, allowing your car to already be on site at the end of the evening.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please see below for the attire for each event. Welcome Party: Summer Cocktail Attire Jackets for gentlemen. Ladies may opt for short or midi dresses or jumpsuits. Ceremony & Reception: Black Tie Attire Tuxedos for gentlemen. Ladies may opt for floor-length gowns or ankle length dresses. Farewell Brunch: Smart Casual Attire Collared shirts for gentlemen (polos are perfect), while ladies may opt for dresses or polished brunch attire. Sandals are welcome, though we kindly ask guests to avoid flip-flops. Please refrain from jeans, sneakers, or workout attire. No jackets or ties are required.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep the guest list on track, we can only accommodate those specifically named on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and celebration, we respectfully ask that no children attend our celebration.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place indoors, with cocktail hour planned outdoors weather permitting. If it rains, cocktail hour will simply move inside. Rain or shine, we’ll all enjoy a short walk from the church to the venue. Feel free to bring an umbrella if needed, we’ll have some on hand as well.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We’ve worked with our caterer to provide options for all dietary needs. Please make sure to submit any applicable dietary restrictions via your online RSVP.

Question

Can I store my bags during the farewell brunch if I’m traveling afterward?

Answer

Yes, limited bag storage will be available at the venue for guests who are heading directly from the brunch to travel home.
