What is the attire?

What time should I arrive and where do I go?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30 pm. The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 pm. Upon arrival, please gather in the hotel lobby (the building on your right). There will be signage and someone to greet you.

Where do I park?

Answer

If you are staying at one of the sister locations (Pelham on Earle or Pelham on Main), there will be a shuttle available to and from the venue. If you are staying elsewhere, there is self-parking and valet service at the venue.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on Pelham's private beach. Shoes are optional! The reception will follow in the Nantucket Sound Room at Pelham House Resort. Put your shoes back on :)

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Expect daytime temperatures to be in the 60s. Nighttime temperatures can dip to the mid 40s.

What's the plan in case of inclement weather?

Answer

The timeline of the day may be adjusted to accommodate any rain. Every attempt will be made to proceed as planned with the wedding and cocktail hour on the beach. If that isn't possible, all events will take place in the Nantucket Sound Room. Your flexibility on the day of would be much appreciated! Someone will reach out to you if the plan has changed.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask (beg) that you kindly (but also unkindly) put your phones and cameras away (I'm talking to you dad!!!) during the ceremony (seriously) (if you see anyone pull their phone out please whack it out of their hand). We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us (last warning!). Other than the ceremony, yes! Feel free to snap away. Make sure to grab the camcorder that will be passed around too!

Can I take videos?

Answer

There will be a camcorder passed around during cocktail hour and the reception. When you see it, grab it, record yourself, each other, the beautiful view, leave a message for the bride and groom, or whatever you want!

Can we talk to the live painter?

Answer

Absolutely! Erin is so friendly and encourages guests to come talk to her and check out the painting as it comes together!
