What time should I arrive?

Answer

We will begin the ceremony at 4PM, so I would encourage you to aim for 3:30PM-3:45PM. There is a parking lot on site extremely close to the ceremony spot.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not a formal dress code but please no jeans or casual wear. Emily encourages the ladies to dress in your favorite spring florals and men in your favorite suit!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Could you imagine a wedding for "Mr Dawson" with no kids...? Us either! Kids invited will be included on your families RSVP.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue is incredible and the ceremony will be in their on-site chapel while the reception will be in their covered patio space.

Question

Do you have a hotel block reserved for guests?

Answer

We do not for our wedding but there are plenty of good hotels within 25 minutes. Our families opt'd for AirBnbs near Lake Norman!

Question

Is there a specific time the reception will end?

Answer

Yes! We will be ending our wedding at 9PM on the dot. Our incredible DJ will send us off with a final song and we would love for as many guests to stay till then as possible.
