Although we went to college together, we didn’t meet until after graduation, surprisingly brought together from an app called Hinge! After a few days of messaging, we made plans to meet in person at Wasabi, a local sushi spot. The conversation flowed, and Chloe wasn’t ready for the night to end, so she suggested stopping by one of her favorite places, Main Street Coffee. When Scott admitted he’d never been, she insisted they go. A few hours (and a couple of espresso martinis) later, Scott drove her home—and just like that, our story began.

During a weekend trip to Boston, Scott and Chloe spent the night out with friends and ended up at a bar called Hopewell. That night, Scott asked Chloe to be his girlfriend! A few years went by…new apartments, new jobs, sharing time between our two places and finally making a home together in 2022. We became pet parents to our sweet kitties, Luna and Ollie. We traveled, made plans, and made countless memories —big and small— which brought us to our next exciting chapter.

On Christmas Eve, during the first holiday we ever hosted together, surrounded by the people we love most, Scott got down on one knee and asked Chloe to spend forever with him. It was the perfect night — full of warmth, joy, and happy tears — and the best gift we could have ever imagined. A moment we’ll treasure for a lifetime.
