When should we arrive?

Answer

We will start the ceremony at 4pm and serve pre-ceremony cocktails and refreshments prior starting at 3:15pm. We would love for you to enjoy a drink prior to the ceremony!

How will parking work?

Answer

For guests *not* staying overnight at the hotel: When you arrive at the Hyatt, you will reach a guard gate. Let the attendant know you are here for the Rodriguez/Berg Wedding and need a 'Events Parking Pass.' This pass allows you to park for free for the evening. Display your pass on your vehicle dashboard. *Do not lose this pass.* When you are exiting, show your pass to the attendant to avoid the normal parking charges. For guests staying overnight at the hotel: When you arrive at the Hyatt, you will reach a guard gate. Let the attendant know you are checking in under the Rodriguez/Berg room block. The attendant will provide you a overnight parking pass. Display your pass on your vehicle dashboard. *Do not lose this pass.* When you are exiting, show your pass and pay the room blocks reduced overnight parking fee of $10/night. Valet is available for regular fee/tips.

Google and Apple maps both provide accurate directions to the hotel from your destination. Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort And Spa Address: 9800 Hyatt Resort Dr, San Antonio, TX 78251 Upon arrival to the hotel, enter through the lobby, and turn right, continue down the hallway until you the Charlie's Gallery Hallway outside of Charlie's Long Bar. The deck will be through the exterior doors to the right.

What is the Dress Code?

Cocktail Dress Code We ask that our guests dress their best with a suit and tie, cocktail dress or evening pantsuit. Weather permitting, our 30 minute ceremony will be held outdoors on the Courtyard Deck. Please wear appropriate shoes and outerwear. Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. Those within your party will appear when you RSVP.

Is there an After Party?

Answer

Yes! Join the bride and groom at Charlie's Long Bar at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort after the reception! Feel free to change and get comfortable for some shuffleboard and pool. Cash bar available.

How do I book a room at the hotel?

Answer

Please check out the Hotel Block tab on information on how to book a room. Last day to book through the room block is November 8th.

What time is check in?

Answer

Check in is officially at 4 p.m. However, please feel free to arrive earlier. The hotel has advised us they are not typically very full this weekend and rooms should be ready sooner. If your room is not yet ready at your arrival, the front desk will hold your bags. Check out is at 11 a.m.

What is the hotel pet policy for guests staying at the hotel?

Answer

Dog-friendly rooms are limited, and a minimum of 48 hours reservation notice is required. A dog bed, food and water bowls are available upon request. Dog tags required. Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a guest room, provided that the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds. There is a $150 per stay fee. Pets are not welcome at the wedding events.
