What's happening on Friday night?

Answer

Alex has booked an area at the Bridgewater Arms in the nearby (20 min walk) village of Little Gaddesden for a Friday night drink & meet. Please come! If you want to have a sit-down meal at the pub then we would advise you to book a table with them ahead of time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask all guests to please follow black tie dress code throughout the day. For the avoidance of doubt that would see all gentlemen in tuxedos and ladies in long dresses in an evening-appropriate fabric.

Where to stay?

Answer

Ashridge House has plenty of rooms on-site for all our guests to stay in during the weekend which we strongly recommend given the relatively remote location. Please book your stay through the link in our "Travel" section. We will also have breakfast with everybody on the Sunday morning after the big party.

I have a food allergy, can you accommodate for this?

Please let us know about any food allergy in your RSVP and we will pass this on to the venue.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

No. The capacity at the venue is limited and therefore all invitations are made only to those named on the envelopes we have sent you.

I have been invited to the evening party, what time should I plan to arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at Ashridge House from 7 PM, the bar will be open already.
