FAQs

We know that this is a confusing time for everyone right now. We hope some of these FAQs will help bring clarity and comfort while planning. If any other questions arise, please feel free to reach out to Kaylee or Chandler via email at maaswedding104@gmail.com.
Question

COVID-19: What will you be doing to be compliant with social distancing requirements?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors with a minimum of 6 feet to be kept between guest for seating. Our venue can hold well over 300 guests and is currently (as of August 31) operating at 50% capacity. Our guest list is well under that number, making it easier to be compliant with these requirements.

Question

COVID-19: Will you be providing masks?

Answer

Yes! We will have disposable masks available to our guests. The number will be limited, so we highly recommend bringing your own!

Question

COVID-19: Will everyone be wearing a mask?

Answer

Unfortunately we can not control the actions and choices of every person on our special day. We are highly encouraging everyone to wear a mask, especially around those that are considered high risk. We would like everyone to be respectful of those around them, and at least have a mask with them to wear around anyone that might feel uncomfortable. We want everyone to feel safe while celebrating this day with us.

Question

COVID-19: What if I want to be there, but can’t make it or can’t travel?

Answer

We will miss you tremendously! But rest assured, we will have someone video our ceremony and our photographer will take many pictures that we will happily share with all of you! We understand that many people are nervous to travel and be in public settings, and because of this, our wedding will be much smaller than originally planned. We are planning on celebrating again at a later (and safer) date with those that weren’t able to be with us!
