What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Fall colors No white or off whites for the exception of button down shirts Men: although a suit would be preferred, a button down shirt with a tie and dress pants will also be acceptable. Women: a few options include a cocktail dress, pantsuit, jumpsuit, or blazer.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones however take the night off and relax as we chose our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. Please no children under the age of 16.

Where is the Reception?

Answer

314 N. Mill St. Marion, Mi 49665 The address above will take you to the venue where the parking and reception hall will be located. On the west side of the street (across from the venue) is a lodge with a beautiful lawn overlooking the water. This is where our ceremony will be held. There will be plenty of signs for guidance.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask to RSVP by September 1st so we can plan accordingly for dinner and seating arrangements.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding party will begin walking at 3pm. Please arrive 30 minutes ahead of time to use the restroom and find your seats. If you arrive late you will be asked to stand at the entrance while the wedding party finishes walking down the aisle.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block booked so please plan accordingly. Is there transportation to the hotels?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have transportation reserved to take our guests to hotels. If you plan on drinking alcohol, please make arrangements ahead of time with a designated driver or a taxi.
