The La Jolla Art & Wine Festival (LJAWF) will return to downtown La Jolla on Saturday, September 28, and Sunday, September 29, 2024, showcasing prestigious art, regional and international wines, craft beer and spirits, and family-friendly fun! ​ Featuring more than 170 artists from across the U.S. and Mexico, their exquisite creations come in a variety of mediums including painting, sculpture, jewelry design, fine glass, ceramics, woodwork, mixed media, and photography. ​ This Festival is not just for the art connoisseur; The La Jolla Art & Wine Festival is also a destination where vino enthusiasts and craft beer lovers unite. The iconic wine and beer garden highlights over 35 international wineries, local craft breweries, and craft distilleries. Along with a two-day silent auction, pet adoption stations, and an all-star line-up of live entertainment and music, there is something for everyone. ​

La Jolla Shores is the sandy beach park nearest the venue. There you will find crystal clear blue waters and a mile of shoreline that include the landmark our wedding venue is known for: Scripps Pier! If you arrive early, enjoy a beautiful day in the sun on the sand here!

While this was a swimming beach at one point, it has now been designated as a natural reserve for the local seals to sunbathe and teach their pups how to swim. Go visit them!

Join us for a thrilling kayak tour of the La Jolla Sea Caves! Our fully guided kayak tour takes you through the Ecological Reserve and along the La Jolla Sea Caves—some of San Diego’s most famous attractions. The La Jolla Ecological Reserve and Underwater Park is a marine protected area that’s a famous destination for snorkelers, divers, and kayakers to respectfully explore. The Reserve is home to our friends—leopard sharks, Garibaldi (California’s state marine fish!), lush kelp beds, sea lions, and even the occasional pod of dolphins! Our experienced tour guides will share fun facts and history about La Jolla, safely guide you along the sea caves, and lead you through one (ocean conditions permitting).
