Its rustic yet refined feel makes this space the perfect venue for your special occasion. Given the timing of opening our space, we, like many others, were halted due to COVD-19. Beginning in the Spring of 2021 we were able to resume hosting events and honing in on the original concept of a versatile event venue partnered with a fine arts gallery.

For a 100-guest wedding in Pittsburgh, couples typically spend between $25,700 and $38,500, according to the Zola Wedding Cost Index. This is notably higher than the national median of $25,000, reflecting Pittsburgh's growing wedding market.
Your largest expenses break down as follows:
- Venue: ~$4,732 (15% of total budget)
- Florists: ~$4,483
- Catering: ~$3,786
- Bar services: ~$3,029

- 100 guests: $25,700–$38,500 total budget. This is the standard benchmark and accommodates most classic reception spaces across Pittsburgh neighborhoods.

Book 9–12 months ahead for peak season (May through October) and holiday weekends. Pittsburgh's competitive venue market fills quickly during spring and fall, when weather is ideal and guest travel is easiest.
If you're planning a winter or early spring wedding, 6–9 months is often sufficient. Popular neighborhoods like Shadyside, Lawrenceville, and Mt. Washington—known for scenic views and established event spaces—book especially fast during sought-after dates.
Securing your venue early also gives you the best pick of dates, times, and pricing options. Once booked, you can confidently move forward with catering, photography, and other vendors. If you're flexible on timing or willing to consider off-peak dates, you may have more availability and potentially better rates.
Pittsburgh's diverse neighborhoods each offer distinct wedding atmospheres:
Shadyside combines upscale sophistication with tree-lined streets. Historic mansions and boutique event spaces appeal to couples seeking elegant, polished celebrations.
Mt. Washington offers unbeatable skyline views of the Three Rivers confluence and downtown. Rooftop and glass-enclosed venues here provide stunning backdrops for photos.
Lawrenceville is known for its trendy, artistic vibe with exposed brick, natural light, and creative spaces. Popular with couples wanting a modern, eclectic atmosphere.
Squirrel Hill provides quieter, neighborhood-focused venues with tree-shaded gardens and residential charm—ideal for intimate gatherings.
Fox Chapel delivers country-club elegance and sprawling estates with manicured grounds, perfect for outdoor or semi-outdoor celebrations.
Each area reflects Pittsburgh's blend of historic character and contemporary energy. Your choice depends on aesthetic preference, guest experience, and budget.
