We can even accommodate couples who don't have witnesses. For couples who want a "courthouse"-type wedding without the courthouse setting, we offer our services at a significant discount. Anthony can officiate ceremonies in both English and Spanish. As a former judge and licensed attorney, Anthony is legally and ethically obligated to keep your information safe. I can travel to anywhere in Oregon or Washington.
