The Pop Co. was founded in February 2020 - yes, right before the pandemic. This all started as a hobby and a way for my stepson and me to create something together. We tried cakes, I cried over buttercream and quit that instantly. Then just fell in love with the process and the uniqueness of cake pops. When I got laid off from my job, I wanted to start a side hustle and attend school. Now, we are here... attending local events, creating treats for parties, weddings, poppin' for coffee shops, and just enjoying every minute of this business.

FAQs about wedding cakes desserts in New Mexico
Couples in New Mexico typically spend around $600 on wedding cake bakers for a 100-guest celebration. This represents approximately 2% of the average total wedding budget in the state. Costs may vary depending on design complexity, flavor selections, and the baker's location within New Mexico.
Start by reviewing portfolios of available bakers to see their design style and previous work. Consider scheduling tastings to sample flavors and discuss customization options. Read couple reviews and confirm the baker can accommodate your guest count and wedding date. Book your baker as soon as you've finalized your wedding date and guest count.
