I steer clear of fondant and grocery store sheet cakes, focusing instead on flavors I’m genuinely passionate about. I embrace the classic elegance of cake, but with an organic twist. Think uneven edges reminiscent of the Bozeman mountains, sharp lines with textured buttercream, and vibrant touches like modern patterns, textures, dried citrus, and stunning flowers that catch the eye.
