Hotel Madison & Shenandoah Valley Conference Center

Although most guests and the wedding party will be staying at the DoubleTree Hotel, we have also reserved a few rooms at the beautiful Hotel Madison. The Hotel Madison is in the center of town and about a 5 minute drive from the DoubleTree Hotel. Heads up! We've noticed that choosing 3-4 guests when booking a double queen room, adds a $45 fee. On the 28th, please arrive at the DoubleTree Hotel at 4:20 for the complimentary bus to the caverns. Please arrive on-time for the bus! The bus will only make ONE TRIP to the caverns and one trip back to Harrisonburg following the reception. The bus trip from Harrisonburg to Luray is about 30-40 minutes.
