This elegant western estate is decorated in a range of historic periods and is surrounded by more than 200 acres of ranchland. The Mansion exudes charm and character with an abundance of space and opportunities to host the wedding you’ve always imagined. When you host your wedding at the Highlands Ranch Mansion, you have exclusive use of the 27,000 square foot mansion and 2 acres of outdoor property. Evergreen Lake House is a beautiful rustic log cabin perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsals. The Lumber Baron Inn & Gardens is an enchanting wedding venue located in Denver, Colorado. Dating back to 1890, this mansion was romantically constructed by John Mouat as an ode to his beloved wife, Amelia. After more than a century, it now operates as a luxurious Bed and Breakfast as well as an attractive event destination. The mansion has been beautifully restored to its original floor plan. The spacious third floor ballroom gives access to the top of the turret with great views of Downtown Denver and the surrounding Potter Highland neighborhood. In the 1890s, the ballroom originally hosted teas, dances and social functions for the elite of Denver through the 1890s continuing on into the early 1900s. Behind the mansion, is our amazing spacious garden. It is an oasis in the city. Our beautiful bar offers a place for you and your friends to enjoy a night of celebration in the heart of Denver. The space can be converted to an open air bar with cocktail seating outside if the weather permits. We’ll provide catering options and we are happy to work with you on an individual basis if you have any special requests.
